Discussion

This afternoon I met up with half of PHAC Promotions, Patrick and Harry (from Leeds College of Music), to discuss ideas for the promotional materials as well as a logo for their promotion company. Originally called "What the...Phac?" I have managed to steer them from calling themselves that, simply because PHAC Promotions sounds a lot more professional and possibly taken more seriously than what the phac. We discussed the look of the campaign as well as deliverables of what we need to get done, as we need to get fews sent to the printers ahead of time. 

Deliverables for the brief: 

A logo for PHAC Promotions 
Posters 
Leaflets
TV Advert (to be displayed across all Television screens in Leeds College of Music) 
Facebook event cover photo

Target Audience: 

The event is 18+ 
Aiming at the fan base for Heir (currently 1k+ likes on Facebook) 
Live Music lovers 
Primarily the age group between 18-30 
Both Male and Female Audience 

As Heir are quite contemporary pop band, music and the clothes they wear. We decided we want the branding for the event to portray that. The event is called "an evening with, Heir" and it is a stripped back acoustic set so we want the branding to be cool, contemporary, minimal and clean. As well as the event being hosted at Headrow House we wanted the branding to fit in with that.
